These terms apply to Doctoro websites and applications operated by Doctoro Limited, a Nigeria-based healthcare access platform. The mobile applications are currently distributed through CTRON Technology for testing and development purposes.

What Doctoro does

Doctoro supports healthcare access, appointment coordination, pharmacy-related workflows, records coordination, and communication with healthcare professionals. Doctoro does not provide emergency medical services, automated diagnosis, automated treatment decisions, or a replacement for hospital treatment.

Who may use Doctoro

Medical responsibility

Healthcare professionals remain responsible for their own clinical judgement, patient communication, prescriptions, and treatment decisions. Patients should seek urgent care from local emergency services or a hospital when they have an emergency.

User responsibilities

Privacy and records

Doctoro handles sensitive information according to its privacy commitments and access-control model. Read the Privacy Policy for more detail.

Payments and availability

Some services may involve payment or third-party payment processors. Service availability, appointment times, pharmacy fulfilment, and healthcare professional availability are not guaranteed.

Account suspension or deletion

Doctoro may restrict accounts that violate these terms, create safety risk, or misuse the platform. Users may request account deletion through the account deletion page.
