Who we are
Doctoro is a service of Doctoro Limited, a company in Nigeria. Doctoro Limited is responsible for your personal and health information and decides how it is used.
The Doctoro apps are developed and published by CTRON Limited, trading as CTRON Technologies, on behalf of Doctoro Limited. This is why the apps may show CTRON as the developer in the App Store and Google Play. CTRON works under contract and on Doctoro Limited’s instructions, and may only use information to build, run and support Doctoro.

What we are committing to
- Patient data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
- Healthcare professionals retain control over the records they create inside Doctoro.
- Doctoro does not sell, share, or monetise patient data with third parties.
Regulatory posture
Doctoro is being built with Nigeria's Data Protection Act 2023 in view, alongside the operational realities and confidentiality obligations that apply to Nigerian healthcare professionals.
Access and accountability
We are designing access controls, audit visibility, and role-based permissions so doctors, pharmacists, and approved care teams only see the information needed for safe care delivery.
Data minimisation and retention
We aim to collect only the operational data required for continuity of care, onboarding, and product support. Retention windows and deletion workflows are being designed so sensitive information is not kept longer than needed for the service we provide.
Operational safeguards
Our launch-stage safeguards include secure hosting controls, access review, environment separation, and audit visibility so the team can trace important actions and reduce avoidable exposure as the platform evolves.
Job applicants
When you apply for a role through our careers page, we collect the details you give us: your name, contact details, current role, location, notice period, LinkedIn profile if you share it, your answers to the role’s questions, and your CV. We use them only to consider you for that role and to contact you about it.
Your application and CV are stored privately. Only the people at Doctoro responsible for hiring can see them, and a CV is opened through a short-lived private link, never sent around by email. We do not share applications with anyone outside Doctoro.
We keep your application and CV for 12 months after the role closes, or 12 months after you apply if that is later. After that they are deleted automatically, without anyone at Doctoro needing to act.
You can ask to see, correct or delete your application at any time by emailing [email protected].
